We're proud of our plant, but it takes more than the best plastic molding equipment to guarantee quality and repeatability. It takes experience, engineering expertise and the ability to work with difficult engineering plastics.  Most of all, it takes a company- wide commitment to quality.

Lee Plastics, Inc. has a highly qualified and dedicated staff. We have established quality procedures including hourly quality checks on all jobs. SPC/SQC data is collected on high tolerance jobs,  and we have an on-going quality control training program.

Above: On the optical comparator, pieces are spot tested for size, location of holes, etc. throughout the production run. Below: Hourly flatness tests are done during production as part of our ongoing commitment to quality.
