Timing & Coordination for Plastic Delivery
For most of our clients, we monitor production on a daily basis. However, longer runs are tracked weekly. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to meet their delivery expectations. For our client’s convenience, we use barcoding to have our shipments tracked. Trackable shipments let our clients know when to expect their custom plastic pieces to arrive at their business or factory.
Kanban & JIT (Just In Time) Delivery Service for Plastic Goods
Just In Time delivery helps support clients that have an optimized logistical strategy. For many different reasons, a company may decide that they do not want regularly timed shipments, but instead want shipments only when they are running low on their custom made plastic parts. That is why, we work with your schedule, inventory, and storage space to provide JIT shipping. Utilizing Kanban technology we track when our clients need a new shipment so that they only receive shipments when needed.
Same Day Shipping
For clients that need a rush delivery and that are close enough to our headquarters in Massachusetts, we sometimes offer Same Day Shipping. Same Day Shipping is offered to clients on a case by case basis. Contact us to learn more about this service.
International Shipping
Many of clients work overseas or have factories overseas. We ship our products internationally and work with shipping options that allow us to maintain our on-time delivery standards. Although international shipping can be more complex and complicated, we work hard to have products ready ahead of schedule to limit delays as much as possible.
