Lee Plastics Inc., is a precision injection molding company located in central Massachusetts. We have over 100 years of combined experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.

Lee Plastics Inc., has expertise processing most thermoplastics, including polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylics, acetal (POM), ABS, polycarbonate, polysulfone, PPS, Ultem, PET, PBT, Polyester, Polyamide (nylon), Noryl & other modified PPO, PEEK, Polyketone, LCP, Teflon, TPU, TPE, Kraton, PC/ABS, PC/PMMA, conductive polymers (carbon filled), glass filled, mineral filled, flame retardant, and Hyperbranched polyols.

Our company is comprised of 30 dedicated employees including 5 administrative, 3 engineering, 3 quality including lean 6 sigma black belt.

We currently have 20 injection molding machines on 40,800 square feet of manufacturing space.  Our inventory includes 3 insert molding machines and 17 horizontal/toggle presses with tonnage ranging from 33 – 400 tons and shot capacity ranging from 1 – 1400 grams.

Lee Plastics Inc., offers the following services: part and mold design assistance, part manufacturing, prototyping and mold testing, thin-wall molding, value added processes including ultrasonic welding, pad printing, hot stamping, adhesive backing, CNC inserting, heat staking, part assembly, JIT deliveries, KAN-BAN, SPC/SQC reports.

For tooling, we use a variety of local, national, and international mold- making facilities in order to satisfy our customers requirements. Our engineering personnel enjoy being involved in the part and mold design phase of product development. This allows us to ensure the highest quality final products.  We welcome existing molds and parts with the same enthusiasm that we have for new products.

Lee Plastics Inc., has solid modeling and computer drafting capabilities for part and mold design assistance. We also have personnel skilled in mold-filling CAE analyses.
