There are many ways to improve a mold so that you can get the most out of your investment on a custom mold. Using digital mold flow analysis our team can design optimal molds that can create countless plastic parts while optimizing material needs.
Plastic Prototyping
Still working on a new design? Our team will partner with you throughout the prototyping process. Our team has more than 100 years of plastic design experience and can offer recommendations for your design. We have worked with parts that are used in dozens of different industries, so we can lend our expertise to your design process. We will also create multiple rounds or prototypes until you are set on a design.
Plastic Mold Testing
We also provide testing for plastic molds. Molds can always be improved from iteration to iteration. Decreasing wall thickness, using mold flow analysis, tracking flash and burrs, and optimizing mold cavities. Obviously, more intricate plastic parts will require intricate molds. The level of complexity can cause burrs and increases the cost of developing the mold. That is why we will make engineering recommendations for your parts to improve mold design.
